Before doing the work, they informed me of conditions that needed to be addressed to ensure a positive outcome, did not feel that they were trying to up sell me anything. I would definitely go back to them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanical work, etc.

I had an excellent experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Schaumburg. On June 2, I called to schedule an appointment, and after a short conversation, they were able to fit me in the very next day. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but I dropped the car off around 3:00 PM without any issues. After completing the requested inspection and services, the team called me promptly to let me know the vehicle was ready. They also reviewed their recommendations and explained everything clearly without any pressure. The employee I worked with was very polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain a hidden issue with the vehicle that I had been trying to identify. When I returned to pick up the car, we discussed scheduling a follow-up appointment to address the manufacturer-recommended maintenance. I also showed him exactly what I was experiencing with the hidden problem, and he listened patiently, examined the situation, and assured me they would take care of it during my next visit. Best Customer Service Experience of My Life! After dealing with a local Ford dealership that wanted to charge me $4,000 and treated me with complete disrespect when I questioned the quote, I took my car back. I was incredibly cautious after that experience, but a week later, I stopped at Firestone, and it turned out to be a massive breath of fresh air. The difference was night and day. Rick and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Unlike Ford, where they made me feel like I should just shut up and sit down because "they are the experts and know better," Rick didn't dismiss my questions at all. He took the time to actually diagnose the issue properly and explain everything to me. Because of his honesty, the actual repair cost was only a fraction of what Ford had quoted. Rick kept me informed with consistent phone updates and even went above and beyond to help me secure a rental car while mine was in the shop. It costs absolutely nothing to be kind, and Rick proves that ten times over. I have been telling everyone I know to go see him. He has earned my business for life! On Sunday Jan 18th my vehicle was towed to Firestone in Schaumburg to be diagnosed and repaired for in cylinder Misfire. My vehicle was ready for pickup on monday, 01/18 and cost me $1065.00. I drove the vehicle for the next four days without issue friday, 01/23 my vehicle showed the exact same issues and I had to tow it to Firestone yet again to be repaired. This repair cost me $800 and when I attempted to drive the vehicle away realized that my steering wheel would not straighten out and it would veer to the left if I tried to straighten it. Also the traction light was lit up on the dash. I took the vehicle back and spoke to Dan. Who told me that they noticed The steering wheel was cock-eyed when it was delivered from the towing company. He insisted that the problem wasn't with them and that I would have to pay to get it fixed. I told him yet again that was not an issue when the vehicle was picked up. And we then contacted the towing company, which told us that their driver had mishandled my vehicle therefore caused an issue with the tire rods and now needed to be replaced.
